01 · Integration
Into the stack you already have
The problem. You already run a traceability platform, a PLM or an ERP. Another login is not an improvement, and your team will not maintain a second source of supplier truth.
What we build. Passport and supplier data mapped to your schema and delivered into the system you already use, with a conformance suite and a connector maintained against standard revisions. Where your suppliers run systems of their own, we connect those too — so the record reaches you from their floor rather than from a form filled in afterward.
Built to the CEN specifications cited in the Official Journal in July 2026. The same publishing path Provena Source uses.
02 · Your own record
When the evidence lives in six places
The problem. Supplier facts sit in procurement, in quality, in a compliance folder, in somebody's inbox. Nobody can say which version is current, and an earlier program probably stalled on exactly this.
What we build. Entity resolution across your systems, a claim model carrying evidence grades, and lineage that survives a migration — the canonical supplier record underneath whatever you build next.
The least glamorous of the four, and the one most often skipped before an AI program fails.
03 · AI engineering
AI your own reviewers will sign
The problem. The pilot works and cannot ship, because nobody will put their name on an answer that cannot say where it came from.
What we build. Grounded retrieval over your contracts, specifications and supplier correspondence, with span-level citation, abstention when the record is silent, retrieval that respects who is asking, and a signed answer carrying the model version. An evaluation set and regression harness handed to you.
The same discipline you can see in the grades on this platform, applied inside your four walls.
04 · Where to start
A two-week look, before anything else
What it is. A fixed-fee diagnostic on your own documents. Duty overpaid or never claimed, and how well your origin record would hold up if somebody asked for proof.
What you get. A graded findings document, a value case in your own numbers, and a scoped quote for whatever follows. A deliverable on its own terms, not a sales exercise.
If your accounts payable and your broker come back clean, the report says so and the fee is refunded.
